Madei Mangori

Founder and Director of OLF. He is dynamic facilitator, an expert organizational and management consultant and human resource development facilitator. Madei has Bachelor of Science honours degree in Politics and Administration obtained from the University of Zimbabwe, a post-graduate certificate in management, post graduate Diploma in management and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree all obtained from the University of Buckinghamshire, UK. He has 26 years training and consulting experience spanning government, parastatals, Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and the private sector. He has facilitated workshops in Botswana, South Africa, Mozambique, Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

                                


Neo Pule

An Environmental, Occupational Hygiene, Health and Safety (EOHS) Professional that holds a dual degree Occupational Hygiene, Health and Safety and Fire Science with over 15 years work experience. Certified as an Environmental Specialist, Bloodborne Specialist Pathogens Specialist, Occupational Hygiene Technologist Specialist with SAIOH and a consultant in Occupational Health and Safety Management. She specializes in EOHS training, Environmental Site Management, EHS Management Systems (development, implementation and maintenance), ISO 1400, OHSAS 18001 Legal Compliance, Fire and First Aid. She has an a passion  forprofessional matters related to environment, health and safety, and values quality, integrity and honesty.



Dr Mogwera Mogalakwe

He holds an MBChB, from the University of Nottingham (2005). He also holds a Post Graduate diploma in HIV Management (2008) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Medicine and Health (with distinction) (2010) from University of Pretoria. He is formally trained in disability and impairment assessment, CIME (American Medical Association).
Before joining BOHS he spent the previous eight years as an Occupational Medical Practitioner in Jwaneng Mine, Debswana. He is a Member of National Medical Board for Compensation, the National Safety and Health Policy reference group and Chairperson of Botswana Chamber of Mines Health Peer Group.
BOHS also draws from a team of health care professionals which it shares with Boitekanelo College. This team includes Medical Specialists, General Practitioners, Public Health Practitioners, Psychologists, Paramedics and Nurses.

Dr Lesedinyana Odiseng

Dr Lesedinyana Odiseng is the Founding Head of the Department of Sports and Exercise Medicine, Rehabilitation, and Occupational Medicine at Bokamoso Private Hospital.  He is the only accredited Specialist in Occupational Medicine in Botswana and one of a few in Southern Africa.  Dr Odiseng holds the specialist qualification of Membership of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (MFOM). He also holds Specialist qualifications in Sports and Exercise Medicine. 

Before joining Bokamoso Private Hospital Dr Odiseng had spent the previous 12 years working in Occupational Medicine in the United Kingdom.  Six of these he was working as a Senior Occupational Physician for BUPA wellness looking after a variety of companies across the England.  He also worked for a specialist Sports clinic in Birmingham UK. In the early 1990’s he did higher professional training in Family Medicine in the UK. In the mid nineties he worked as a medical officer for Debswana Diamond Mining Company.
