2.Total Risk Management Option- 2 years minimum
-We will allocate a dedicated full time contractor to your site who will manage and implement the SHE system as well as perform the role of Risk Manager.
-The manager will report to Site Management and to SHEQuality Senior Management on monthly progress.
- Regular site visits are also conducted by SHEQuality Management to ensure compliance. Monthly Fee at a lower rate.
3.Modular Risk Management Option 6 months -2 years
- This option allows a SHEQuality Consultant to implement a Risk Management Program for a pre-determined period e.g. 6 months or as per client requirements.
4.SHEQuality Consultancy Option 6 months -2 years
- This option allows for a SHEQuality Consultant to visit the site at pre-determined intervals e.g. one day per week, to monitor, evaluate and advise on the existing SHE system.
- Baseline Assessments can be conducted to assess the compliance level of existing Safety Health and Environment System.
- All SHE aspects will be assessed according to the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993, a detailed report will be supplied to Senior Management detailing improvement
